Hallmark Hotel is one of the wonderful hotels of the town and there are a number of reasons that anyone will love this place. First, the rooms are fantastic- very clean, very pretty, nicely decorated with lots of fabric and well-appointed with luxurious things. Secondly, the quality and choice of food is great. I got an amazing variety at every meal. Lastly, the staff members – very polite, very caring and professional. – May 4, 2013

The room was clean and well maintain, thumbs up for their housekeeping personnel as their toilet was install with bidet seet on every room which is imported unit. wonder how much it has cost them. each time we went down and pass by the lobby, the front desk personnel would greet us and show to us politely how to walk to each tourism destination. – Jun 27, 2012

I have stayed here everytime I travel to Malacca annually. For me, this hotel’s location is good. It’s only 5 minutes from Jonker Walk. For the rooms, it’s reasonably priced. – Oct 11, 2011
